I’m new in Copenhagen. Where do I find general tourist information?
If you have any questions regarding Copenhagen as a city, visit Copenhagen Visitor Centre at Vesterbrogade 4A, 1577 København V.

I’m from outta town. Where can I find accommodation?
If you’re visiting Copenhagen from outta town and looking for a place to stay, we recommend you use Copenhagen Jazz Festival’s official hotel partner Scandic Hotel. Scandic have four hotels in the city center and offers discounts for the festival audience.

I have a question regarding the festival program. Where do I go?
If you have any questions regarding the festival program or the festival as such, feel free to write info@jazz.dk, call +45 33 93 20 13 or drop by the festival head quarters at Kulturhuset Indre By, Charlotte Ammundsens Plads 3, 1359 København K (only during the festival).

Where can I get the program?
The printed program is available for purchase at www.jazz.dkand at every venue, Irma, TP Musikmarked as well as selected stores in Copenhagen. The smartphone app Copenhagen Jazz Calender is free and available from App Store and Android Market. Find a complete list of the concerts and venues at www.jazz.dk.

Where do I buy tickets for the shows?
Tickets for the individual shows are sold at the venues and via various websites. Find specific box office and ticket links through our calendar at www.jazz.dk or in this official app.

Do you offer discounts for young people?
Yes. The Concert Hall Events have a limited number of tickets sold at a discount for audiences under 26 years of age. Look for the JazzU26 logo in the program. JazzU26 is supported by Copenhagen Jazz Festival’s main contributor Nordea Fonden.

Where do I buy merchandise?
Copenhagen Jazz Festival offers a selection of organic merchandise throughout the year, among them the official festival t-shirt, tote bag and poster. Check out all the merchandise at www.jazz.dkor visit the official festival shops:
