All alone on stage Mari Kvien Brunvoll is expressing her unique mixture of jazz, electronic pop and country-blues. She started her soloproject in the process of making music to a dance performance some years ago. After that the rumour of Brunvoll and her special voice has spread like fire in the Norwegian underground. On stage Mari sings through loop-pedals and electronics, sometimes accopanied by acoustic instruments like zither, kalimba or carillon. With her creative compositions and warm expression, she creates music that you will fall in love with!
